First Scottish Hands-on Small Bowel Ultrasound Workshop
Date: 22/05/2025
Venue: Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline.
The First Scottish Hands-on Small Bowel Workshop will be an event linked to the Sping Meeting and held on the day prior to the main meeting (22/05/2025). This workshop will be led by expect teachers Dr Tony Higginson, Dr Nigel Grunshaw and Dr Maira Hameed, is sponsored by Canon and is limited to a maximum of 15 places. The workshop will feature both normal and inflammatory bowel disease cases, with plenty of hands on learning. The heavily subsidised rates will be £100 for members or £150 for non-members. Due to limited spaces the member rate is available to those who have been members in good standing for at least a 6 month period. New members who wish to attend should use the non-member rate (but still claim membership rate for the Spring Meeting on Friday 23rd May).
Resident Doctor Audit/QI Prize
The Resident Doctor Audit Prize is awarded to a trainee for presentation of an audit or QI project. Selected applicants will give an oral presentation on the day of the meeting.
Submission window is open from 21/02/2025 till 10/05/2025.
